GUIDED TOURS IN THE FAMILY FARM
It is in the uncontaminated territory of Ciociaria that our Company is located, with over 400 donkeys, 3 camels, goats, Haflinger horses, sheep, calves, pigs, rabbits, chickens, as well as the national headquarters of the Italian Donkey Milk Consortium, a precious food for its organoleptic characteristics, and a fundamental food in the diet for infants with cow's milk allergies. HANDMADE PASTA MAKING COURSES
Making pasta at home is like performing a little magic! The course starts with the preparation of the main doughs: egg, water and flour, durum wheat pasta, and teaches you how to use different flours to obtain alternative pastas. You will quickly learn the correct way to knead and roll out the dough, and together we will make traditional pasta shapes as well as more innovative ones, giving free rein to creativity. Pasta is not just about shape but also color and taste. We will teach you the right ingredients and the best techniques to color your doughs and flavor them in a way that will surprise your guests with incredible contrasts. The world of fresh pasta doesn't stop there: you will be able to make delicious filled pastas according to the oldest tradition and more! An integral part of the course is the choice of the right sauce; together we will prepare sauces and fillings suitable for each format made. At the end of the course, the company will issue a participation certificate.
JAMS AND CHEESES MAKING PREPARATION COURSES
A course to learn how to make excellent organic jams and great cheeses, in order to bring the secrets of preparing the most genuine and healthy products into your homes as per the Ciociara and Lazio tradition. Culinary traditions of our farming ancestors. At the end of the course, the Company will issue a certificate of participation.
EDUCATIONAL FARM

WINE TASTING
Cesanese and Passerina, produced only with the best grapes from our vineyards. In particular, DOCG, DOC, and IGP wines from Ciociaria, including our best selections of Cesanese del Piglio DOCG, Cesanese di Olevano Romano DOC, and Passerina del Frusinate IGP. The company also offers the opportunity for all interested parties to participate in guided tours inside our facility, vineyards, and cellar, with an explanation of all our activities.

The facility provides its customers with 3 minibusses (up to 18 people per minibus), all equipped with a private driver that can be used for various transfers or for guided tours of our beautiful territory.

BIKE PATH IN NATURE
