The restaurant, located in the heart of the medieval village of Porciano in the municipality of Ferentino, is a successful example of professionalism in the restaurant service.

 

The years of experience gained over time make it the perfect place for noble moments of relaxation.

The magic of Lake Canterno, combined with the style of a place that combines class and elegance, represents the ideal setting for romantic appointments, romantic dinners, business meetings, and corporate parties.

 

The venue has a capacity of 150 seats, a small gem in the historic center of Ciociaria.

In an elegant and welcoming environment where you can taste unique and sought-after organic and zero-kilometer specialties from the family farm, Villa Sant'Erasmo is a restaurant that pays close attention to the needs of individual customers.

 

The venue is spread over two floors, the furnishings are simple yet elegant.

Warm colors enhance the class and sophistication of the place, in line with the importance of its strategic location in one of the most charming countryside areas in the Ciociarian territory.

 

The kitchen is open from Friday to Sunday by reservation and offers customized menus for events and parties.

For breakfast, we prepare our famous buffet with bread from the family bakery, cakes, locally sourced jams, cold cuts, goat or sheep and cow's first-salt cheeses, and spiced, our biscuits, yogurt made with the milk of our animals, and fresh fruit from the trees of our farm.

 

In our large kitchen, we often offer, upon request, cooking classes with our chef as well as courses on cheese making and homemade pasta preparation.

Breakfast is our "business card," the expression of our way of understanding hospitality.

Breakfasts are prepared with great care and with particular attention to quality products, and we do our best to ensure that they are all locally sourced.

 

Everything is carefully selected: homemade sweet/savory pies and jams, typical Ciociaro bread, hand-churned butter, local cheeses and cold cuts, coffee, milk from our cows, herbal teas, and organic fruit juices.

 

On colder mornings, breakfasts are served in the cozy lounge heated by the old wood fireplace.
