A cuisine rooted in the land
The Villa's restaurant is born from the countryside that surrounds it: Ciociaria's cuisine interpreted with measure, following the seasons and produce of the estate. A restaurant on Lake Canterno a short distance from Fiuggi, designed for those who wish to take their time.
The interior rooms, with their brick vaults and long tables, host lunches and dinners; in season, the table moves out to the garden, beneath the shade of the cypresses.
Produce from the family farm
The kitchen is attentive to the provenance of its ingredients and to seasonality: many dishes are born from the produce of the family farm, on the estate's land in Anagni and Paliano.
